How I Work
From the first client meeting to the final merge, every project follows the same path. AI agents speed up the build; architecture, code review and the final call are mine.

Discovery
I meet the client, gather the requirements and write them up as a Product Requirements Document.
Before
Plan
Development starts only after the PRD. The work is planned milestone by milestone, step by step.
Build
Build
A lead agent runs a team of AI agents: developer, product owner, QA, security and DevOps. The agents talk to each other directly, not only through the lead.
Verify
Check
Security and QA agents check the work last. If they find a problem, it goes to the lead agent, who sends it back to the agents to fix. If not, the agents sign off and the lead reports to me.

My review
I review the result myself. It does not go straight to main: I push it to a preview branch called dev.
Release
Client approval
We go through the preview together in a meeting. Only when the client is happy does it merge to main and go live.
Loop
Feedback
Bugs and new feature requests raised in the meeting go back into the development flow.
Agents work in separate git worktrees in parallel. Nothing reaches main without my review.
